SOIR BLEU

Saturday – 31. October 2026, 20h30

George’s atelier @ Usine Kugler, Geneva

+++ An unexpected musical event. My partner from the London days, Mr Chris Morricone aka C M Ballantine is coming to Geneva to play a show with two local vagabundos.. YES ! ! ! +++

So…we proudly announce

SOIR BLEU # 39

C M BALLANTINE , GEORGE LEITENBERGER & EOGHAN O’ SULLIVAN

London-Berlin duo feat. the remarkable EOGHAN O’SULLIVAN play romantic rebel songs and rock’n roll plus the odd Pogues’ tune to smash the autumn blues!!

In CMB’s unique words:

“CM Ballantine has miss-spent much of his life writing words and music and performing from Donegal to Suwalki – and sees no reason to stop now. From fronting punk-folk and ska’n’b bands, creating the music for a touring circus, and singing and playing piano in country outfit Reverend Casy, for decades he’s managed to largely avoid getting a proper job. Now he’s blowing into Geneva to team up with old buddy and occasional accomplice George Leitenberger for an evening of musical delights. Expect much joy and just a little melancholia.”

Something of a SOIR BLEU veteran at this stage, Eoghan O’Sullivan will share some newer material alongside some old favourites. As usual, expect good humour and a catchy chorus or two. – George says “You can expect a gucking food show !!!”

Here come C M Ballantine’s in-cre-dible
